The Team

All partners in our firm are admitted to the bar as German Patent Attorneys,
European Trademark Attorneys and as European Patent Attorneys.
Therefore, they are authorized to represent clients in all matters at
the German Patent and Trademark Office , the European Patent Office, the
European Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (European
trademarks and designs) , the German Federal Patent Court and even at
the German Federal Court of Justice in patent invalidity trials.

In civil actions and any kind of litigation addressing our areas of specialization, we actively represent you in court and out of court. We are well positioned to conduct hearings and negotiations in German, in English, and in some cases also in French.
