This means that they are fully authorised to represent before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the European Patent Office, the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trademarks and Design Registration Office of the European Union), the German Federal Patent Court and before the German Federal Supreme Court in patent nullity cases.
