Patents/ Utility Models
All partners of the firm are admitted as German patent attorneys, European patent attorneys, European trademark and design attorneys and as representatives before the UPC.
They are therefore fully authorized to represent clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the Federal Patent Court and in patent invalidity proceedings before the Federal Court of Justice and the Unified Patent Court.
