Patents/ Utility Models
All partners of the law firm are licensed as German patent attorneys, European patent attorneys and European trademark attorneys. They are therefore fully authorised to represent at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the European Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the Federal Patent Court and in patent nullity proceedings before the Federal Court of Justice.
